Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit DOMINO 5787, purchase access, or generate a reading.

• Your question, chosen draw method, entered or generated tiles, and delivered reading.
• Stripe Checkout identifiers, payment status, language, and transaction metadata needed to confirm access. DOMINO 5787 does not receive full card details.
• Technical and security data that may include IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, request details, and service logs.
• Your analytics choice and, only if you consent, limited website-usage data collected through Google Analytics.

The application database does not store your email address. Stripe may request and process contact and payment information under its own privacy notice.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract: to take payment, provide access, generate the requested reading, and restore it during the access period.
• Legal obligation: to meet accounting, tax, consumer-protection, and lawful-request requirements.
• Legitimate interests: to secure, troubleshoot, prevent abuse of, and maintain the service, balanced against your rights.
• Consent: to use optional Google Analytics. You may refuse or withdraw consent at any time.

4. Service providers and recipients

Data is disclosed only as needed to service providers acting for us or under their own legal responsibilities: Cloudflare for hosting, security, storage, and delivery; Stripe for payment processing; and Google for analytics only after you consent. Data may also be disclosed to professional advisers, payment-dispute participants, courts, regulators, or public authorities where legally required.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Greece or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for information about the applicable safeguard.

6. Retention

• The reading record and access entitlement are retained for no longer than 30 days, then removed through the service's expiry process.
• If you choose “Save to my readings,” your question, three tiles and full interpretation are also stored locally in this browser at this website address, up to 50 readings. This local archive remains until you delete readings or clear browser data. You can download a .txt copy; it does not sync with another device.
• A draft question may remain in your browser's session storage until checkout completes, the browser session ends, or you clear it.
• The necessary access cookie lasts for up to 30 days.
• Your analytics preference remains in local storage until you change it or clear browser data. Optional analytics cookies remain according to Google's configured lifetimes.
• Payment, security, accounting, and legal records are retained by us or the relevant provider only as long as required for the stated purpose or by law.

7. Cookies and browser storage

A strictly necessary, secure access cookie connects your browser to the purchased reading. Session storage temporarily preserves a draft during Checkout. Local storage remembers your analytics choice. Google Analytics and its cookies do not load unless you select “Allow analytics.” You can revisit that choice through “Analytics choices” in the footer and can also clear storage through your browser.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise a right, contact us using the details above. We may need information that reasonably verifies your identity or transaction.

9. Complaints

Please contact us first if you have a privacy concern. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work.

10. Automated processing

The service automatically generates a symbolic reading from random or user-entered domino tiles. It is the requested entertainment service and is not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you, nor to create a marketing profile.

11. Sensitive information and children

Do not include special-category data, financial credentials, passwords, emergency information, or unnecessary information about another person in your question. Anyone without legal capacity to use the service must do so only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

12. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the service, but no internet system is completely secure. We may update this notice when processing changes; the current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
