These Terms govern purchases and use of DOMINO 5787. By ordering a reading, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unchanged.

DOMINO 5787 supplies a one-off, automatically generated digital domino reading for one question. You may use a digital draw or enter your own physical three-tile draw. Each completed purchase provides access to one reading. The reading and access are available for up to 30 days, subject to these Terms.

3. Price, order and payment

The total charge is €1.90 for one reading, with no subscription or recurring charge. The price and payment details are displayed again in Stripe Checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms successful payment. Access is then made available immediately in the browser.

4. Immediate performance and withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Before checkout, you expressly request that this one-off digital service begin immediately, before that period expires, and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the reading has been fully delivered. This does not affect rights relating to a service that is not supplied, is defective, or does not conform to the contract.

5. Delivery problems, corrections and refunds

If payment succeeds but the reading is not delivered, contact us promptly with the Stripe payment or Checkout reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, repeat delivery, correct the problem, or refund the charge. A dislike of the symbolic interpretation alone is not a defect. Any mandatory statutory remedy remains available.

6. Responsible use and disclaimer

The reading is symbolic, randomly generated, and provided only for entertainment and personal reflection. It may be inaccurate and does not predict an inevitable future. Do not use or rely on it for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or other professional decisions. Seek help from an appropriately qualified professional; in an emergency, contact the relevant emergency service.

7. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase, or the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Do not submit unlawful content, another person's sensitive information without authority, or use the service to harm, harass, deceive, or make consequential decisions about another person.

8. Intellectual property and personal use

The site, wording, system presentation, visual design, and generated format are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may keep and share your own delivered reading for personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are transferred.

9. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on a reading or for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first using the details above so we can try to resolve the issue. Consumers in Greece may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman. The European Commission publishes a list of consumer dispute-resolution bodies.

11. Governing law

Greek law governs these Terms, without depriving you of any mandatory protection of the law of the country where you habitually live. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction and consumer protection continue to apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version displayed when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date.
